How do I make dashboards in Pentaho? How do I start using CDF?

This is one of the questions I hear the most, either in the pentaho forums or in the ##pentaho irc channel in FreeNode.

To help answering that, the CDF team worked on a set of 11 samples in a step-by-step tutorial approach.
